Started by a group of trainers in
Southern California, the new sport of Nosework seems to be taking parts
of the Country by storm.
Designed to take advantage of the dog's keen olfactory sense, there are
three levels of classes in which K9 competitors are encouraged to seek out
increasingly hard to find rewards .... sometimes food, and sometimes toys.
Ultimately, this may lead to official Nosework titles... or it may end up
just being something else that's fun to do with your dog.
