The American Kennel Club has named Barbara Miller of Glen Head, NY as its 2007 Breeder of the Year. The honor was announced at the AKC Eukanuba National Championship which was held in Long Beach, CA in December of last year.
Under her Max-Well prefix, Barbara has produced many leading Norfolks, including multiple BIS winners. She has been active in the NNTC, holding a variety of offices and committee positions, and is currently the breed columnist in the AKC Gazette. She has been a member of the Long Island Kennel Club for over 20 years and is currently serving as president and show chairman.
